We were recently featured on Chicago Food Planet in good company with some outta the box, FUN things to do in Chicago for a Bachelorette weekend. They had so many great suggestions we wanted to share some of our favorites from their list with you.
Take a Cocktail Class
Chicago Distilling Co hosts tours and cocktail classes. While that part of your weekend might be on hold until they are fully re-staffed (check here), it’s a sure-fire way to have a super fun night and learn something new! If you get the chance, try it out. In the meantime, their tasting room is still open.
Go on a Food Tour
Yes, you guessed it — with none other than Chicago Food Planet! They’ll show you everything from the tourist hotspots you don’t want to miss to Chicago’s best kept secrets. You can even book a private tour if that’s what you and your group of gals prefer!
Pasta-Making Class
Eataly offers cooking classes, wine and beverage events, special dinners, and more! Their chef will guide you to create original Italian recipes. And as they so eloquently put it: “… with beverage pairings, of course. In other words: dinner and a show!”
Hit the Bunny Slope
While that normally means takin’ a little trip to the mountains and flyin’ down a snowy hill, we know that’s probably not how you want to spend your girl’s weekend! Bunny Slop gives you that after-a-long-day-outside vibe… just without the mountains. A well-suited retro party for groups up to 15!
Spa Day
Between all the stress, planning, and running around, you’re gonna want to kick back and (finally) RELAX at InterContinental Spa. Soak up with luxury experience like no other with your girls — y’all deserve it!
Brunch (of course!)
Is it even a bachelorette weekend without bottomless mimosas and brunch? Head to Cindy’s for one of the best brunches in Chicago. Peep the menu here. Plus, you can move the party downstairs to the Chicago Athletic Association’s Game Room. They’ve got everything — shuffleboard, foosball, bocce, billiards, checkers, chess, and more!

Louie’s Pub is the best place to sing the night away. Their karaoke selection is second to none and you can download your go-to jam, old or new! Louie’s even has a crew to back you up with vocals in case you can’t drag all your girls to the stage.
Chicago Tiki Boat
Did someone say PARTY BOAT?! Put on your swimsuit, grab the gals, and enjoy a day of fun in the sun! Chicago Tiki Boat offers a variety of boats, 12 passengers max for each of them. Oh, and no need to grab your water wings — they’ll provide you with floaties and lily pad.
